How to Enter SPX Symbol for Kinetick?

Hello,
The /ES & SPX charts are considerably different. I currently have a Kinetick account. Couple of questions:
1) Would you know how I would enter the SPX symbol into Kinetick to get an SPX chart?
2) Would you know if that's an added service?

Apologies in advance if I'm supposed to contact Kinetick 1st. Just thought this would be a faster way.
