Custom Renko Chart does not load

Hello,
I currently have a problem with a Mean Renko chart that I would like to use on my NT8.

Unfortunately the Renko Bars are not loaded.
I have already reinstalled NT8 and reset DB or tried to repair, unfortunately all without success.

The log does not show any errors and the connection to the data feed works fine, I have already tested this several times with other chart types.

Does anyone have any idea what other steps to go through to solve the problem?

I would like to confirm; if you set a chart to the Default NinjaTrader Renko Bar Type, do the bars load in and work as expected?

Is the only thing that doesn't work as expected the 3rd party Renko Bar Type?

• If yes, then you will want to reach out to the developer or whoever you got this 3rd party Renko Bar Type from and ask them why it isn't plotting and what needs to be done to make it work as expected.
• The people who created the NinjaScript Strategy/Add-on will be the experts on their own code and should be able to provide further information on why it isn't working and what needs to be done to make it work as expected
