Coinbase Charts Freezing

Hi. I am using coinbase connection for BTCUSD Chart. After the recent Ninjatrader update, I am facing chart freezing bug.

To replicate it follow the following steps.

1. Use Coinbase as only connection and startup connection.
2. Create a new workspace with just 1 BTCUSD Chart with 15M timeframe. [all other settings default and without any indicators]
3. Chart updates correctly
4. Restart
5. Chart updates correctly
6. Open "Data Series" option and change just "Days to load" from default 5 days to say 10 days and click ok.
7. Chart freezes and doesn't update in realtime
8. To unfreeze, sometimes disconnecting and reconnecting the data connection works

I replicated this on multiple clean pc's to verify

I am attaching a screenshot with an order ticket which shows live price and is updating and a different price on the chart which is frozen.

I hope someone else in the forums can verify and add to this.

Thank you very much for your post.

I have attempted several times to recreate this on a clean installation, and have not yet been able to. Whenever I follow these steps, my chart updates regularly. I've included my video of this below:

Looking at the video, do you follow different steps to accomplish this?

I would also like to take a look at your platform's log & trace files, as I suspect they might report an error or issue. Could you forward them to me?
