Data loading issue for NQ

Hi

For the past couple of days, I am having data loading issues for NQ.

It looks like ES and other instruments are working fine.

The data stops at random time and does not show the real time data.

Please see attached screenshot.

I am using the CQG market data.
I have disconnected the Rithmic data and still seeing the same issue.

Please let me know if I should attach the log and trace files here or if there is any secure email that I can send to.

it is working fine for MNQ as well.
Only NQ is having the issue.

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
