CQG data cannot be connected

CQG data cannot be connected
I applied for a CQG demo account, and I can use the CQG client to log in normally, but I cannot connect with an invalid account and password prompted by NT8

Please ensure the "Demo" checkbox has been disabled, as this would reject live accounts.
If this does not resolve the error, please send me your platform's log & trace files, I can then best assist further.
You can do this by clicking on Help > Email Support. Please also leave the following note in the email, this ensures we can associate it with your post:

I am also applying for a demo account of CQG, and the demo option is turned off (can't connect when it is turned on), I don't know how to do it

Thank you for your post.
If you've requested a demo username on our website, you would need to select NinjaTrader Continuum as data provider. Please follow this connection guide: https://ninjatrader.com/ConnectionGu...nnection-Guide
If you are still not able to connect, please send us your log and trace files so that we may look into what occurred.
You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support
Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
Please reference the following ticket number in the body of the email: ##REQUESTID
