uninstall and reinstall Ninjatrader

I admit I have been having issues with my PC , Ninjatrader does not show up in Add or Remove, so I manually removed the programfiles86 folder and the Documents Ninjatrader folder after backing it up. Before removing I tried to run the new download .26 and it got so far and said it had a problem contact support, so after removing everything I tried doing it again and same fail message and it said rolling back. So is there another way to get this to install, something in the registry maybe

Before continuing restart your PC.

Then re-download the installer from the website and run it again.
