Problem with chart NT8 / IB TWS

Hello guys,
my connection NT8 / IB TWS work perfectly, the feed is provided from IB
I can enter an order (nasdaq or dax future) without problem with basic entry or super dom
But when I open a chart I don't have the live feed, the screen is fixed.
The problem is for all futures contracts, but chart for forex is OK.

anyone know what i'm doing wrong?

Hello pierrealainW,

I have seen this reported by other users when running an unsupported version of TWS. You can check what version of TWS you are running in TWS under Help -> About -> Scroll to the Build #.

With the current version of NinjaTrader, it is critical that you use TWS version 981.3i. If you are running another version of TWS please uninstall your existing version via the Windows Control Panel, and then install 981.3i via the following link:

Once TWS 981.3i has been installed, please ensure that the configuration in our Connection Guide for TWS has been completed.
