One Minute Chart Bar Times Different

Does anybody know why NT8 seems to be 1 minute ahead on the charts. The top chart is NT8, the second chart is TradingView and the bottom chart is TOS. As you can see the bottom red bar occurs at 13:42 for TV and TOS but at 13:43 for NT8.

Does anybody know what is causing this discrepency?

Thank you very much for your post.

The time shown is the time the candle closes. A 1-minute candle marked as 13:43 would contain the data that occurred between 13:42:01 and 13:43:00, with the closing time of the candle then marked on the chart.

This means a 10-minute candle showing 13:50 would then contain the time from 13:40:01 to 13:50:00.
