Thank you for your post.
I would first like to ensure that you are using the fully supported version of Trader Workstation (981.3i) or Gateway (981.3i as outlined in your Interactive Brokers Connection Guide Below:You may find the version you are using by going to Help > About within Trader Workstation or Gateway.
If you are not using these listed version then I would recommend uninstalling the current version you are using and then using the download links in the Connection Guide above to install the supported versions.
After ensuring you are on the supported version of INteractive Broker's software then we will need to ensure your account is set to the correct denomination your account is funded in.
This may be done by navigating to the Control Center > Account Tab > right-click > Edit Account > Denomination.
