esignal "Error on requesting bars series: ... Error code='-105"

Using NT8 with esignal data feed - receiving error: Error on requesting bars series: 'Historical download request failed. Error code='-105"
The connection is also constantly disconnecting and reconnecting.
Please advise.

Hello Jack,

This error message indicates your eSignal login credentials are incorrectly entered in NinjaTrader. Please proceed as follows.

• Go to Control Center-->Connections and click configure in the lower right corner.
• Select your eSignal connection in the lower left under Configured.
• Re-enter your username and password on the right. Make sure they are entered correctly and no additional spaces are added.
• Click OK and restart NinjaTrader.

Check if the error message and connection losses persist.
