Hello All,
Thank you for your posts.
It seems that perhaps there may have been some kind of a hiccup with one of the historical data servers. I'm currently investigating which specific server that might be so I can report it to our server administrator. If you guys could please send me your log and trace files.
You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support
Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
Please reference the following ticket number in the body of the email:3590450 ATTN Zachary
With your log and trace files, I can see what server each of you is connected to so that I can test for issues on my end. In the mean time, connecting to a different historical data server should remedy the problem. You can connect to a new server by restarting NinjaTrader, as this forces a new connection the servers. You may need to do this a couple of times to ensure that you are on a different server that you were previously. You can identify the server from the 'Log' tab of the Control Center;
