FESX Range Bar Charts

I have a question about the range bar chart. The Future Eurostoxx 50 had changed the tick size from 0.5 to 1 tick as before from the 06-22 contract. That means there are only smooth prices 3820,3821,3822 and so on. My R4,R12 chart, on the other hand, as an example, still shows me 3822.5 3823.5 in the chart. Can I change that in the chart because it makes no sense for me to calculate half a 0.5 tick because the market only starts with flat prices.

Thank you very much for your post.

I suspect the FESX instrument might still reflect the 0.5 tick size in your settings.

To change this, please click on Tools > Instruments, search for the FESX and double-click it:



After changing the tick size to 1.0 please save these changes and right-click the FESX chart.

Please also right-click the FESX chart and select "Reload all historical data" to ensure the data is now correctly listed.

when i open the window there is no save button what did i do wrong?

Thank you for your response.

There isn't a 'Save' button. You would simply make the change to the Tick Size, then select Apply & OK. After that, you will want to reload the chart by right-clicking on the chart and selecting Reload All Historical Data.
