Missing Data e.g. USOIL for some days

Hi all,

I noted missing data in my charts. I have a fxcm-account an a connection to fxcm. At USOIL e.g., I have no data from ~08th of April till 25th of April. Before and after everything is fine. Its a big gap and I would like to know, how I can fix it?

ps.: I reloaded everything and so on... it doesn't fix it

It appears chart data is appearing as normal, are you referring to the volume profile indicator missing data? If so, is this the Order Flow Volume Profile or an alternate volume profile?

If the OFVP, can you screenshot your settings for this indicator so I may try to replicate this on my end?

Hi Ryan,

yes I reffering to the missing data in the OFVP. It's an alternate VP. And I checked it, if it also appears with the NT-OFVP, and with the NT-OFVP is data available... huh,..thats confusing.. but why can this happen with an alternative profile (trader dale VP)? As i said, I get data before and after..

Hello,

It's likely there may be missing tick data from the server you're connected to. If you go to Connections>Configure and view the connection settings for the connection you are using, is the box for 'ninjatrader historical data server' checked? If so, try unchecking this and then restarting the platform, then right clicking your chart to reload historical data. Does the issue persist?

no, it doesn't fix it. But i switched now to the NT Volume Profile, which works perfectly. Thank you so much for your support.
