Hello doublez88,
Thank you for writing in.
When this message appears, it normally means that the user needs to reach out to their broker directly and let their broker know that they would like their account enabled for the NinjaTrader platform.- "Trader is not enabled to use Ninja Trader - CQG Trader."
Once they have enabled the account, restart the NinjaTrader platform and then try connecting again.
If you are still unable to connect after reaching out to your Broker and getting them to change these enablements, please use the steps below to write into Platform Support with your log and trace files so we may look into this behavior further. As getting a connection to work involves talking about personal/private information, we do not want to discuss that in the publicly facing forum.- Go to the Control Center > Help > Email Support
- Enter your email
- Enter the Subject as "Clayton ATTN 3583368 "
- Expand the "Other files" section
- Check the following boxes:
- Log and Trace files
- Database File
- Send the message
