Missing candlestick chart data on intraday chart

I have a giant gap of missing price action candlestick data on my chart. It goes from April 6 to April 17. See the attached chart. I'm also uploading my data series.

Thank you very much for your post.

Looking at the data series settings, the platform is set to only load 5 days of historical data. This means it should not even load data going back far enough to show this gap.

Please right-click the chart and "Reload all historical data" to see if this corrects the error. should this not work, please send me your platform's log & trace files. I would like to take a closer look at any issues or errors that are being reported.
