INDEX SP500 not actualized

The SP500 index can't be actalized in real time. other index such indu or nq are OK but the Index SP500 not. it is block. and when i Reload data on it , the reload is OK but block.

Can you please tell me to what broker/data feed you connect in the NinjaTrader platform. Could it be realtime data for the ^SP500 index is not included with the broker/data feed connection? Do you see any error messages in the Control Center-->Log-tab that indicate realtime data is not enabled?

I'm connect with IB and I receive SP in real time - see on my TWS, SO Indu and NQ and COMP- the price update each time. not see log-tab- i retest tomorrow but several weeks before it works.
