How to drag the chart vertically?

I know how to drag the chart from side to side to. However, whenever I try to drag vertically up and down. It does not do that. Is there a setting I need to check on in order to be able to drag the chart and see price below? I know I can drag the price sidebar, but it changes the size of the candles. I want to be able to keep the same size of the candles while being able to see lower prices.

To move the chart up and down freely hold the CTRL key and left click the chart display to drag it up/down or left/right. Below is more information on navigating a chart for reference:

Drag left-right and up-down in the chart window seems natural for most. having to hold CTRL key to drag up-down but not left-right seems pretty inefficient. Perhaps the extra feature could be added as an option?

I'm sure there's already a vote for this. Can my vote be added?
