How to save charts with Strategies and Indicator?

How can I save charts with the strategies and indicators intact, so that when I restart NT, I do not have to reload all of the strategies and indicators into the charts again? I've already looked through the help:

You could also consider saving a Chart Template with the indicators/strategies applied to the chart.


Yet, when I seemingly follow these instructions, the strategies never save. Here's a video of how I'm attempting to save a chart with a strategy, and reload:
