    one candel in chart

    hello every one in forumes
    i am new user of ninja trader
    i setup platform and make an demo account with free data but when i put a chart appear only one candel at any chart i try meny but i fallid
    is any one can help

    So I may accurately assist you, please answer all of the following questions:
    • What version of NinjaTrader are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.? or 8.0.?.?)
    • Who are you currently connected to for data? This is displayed in green on the lower-left corner of the Control Center window.

      i use ninja 7 .1000.43
      i use free data ( fxcm forex ) also future from( cqg )
      widows 10
      net frameworak 6.4

        Thank you for your reply.

        I wasn't asking who your data providers were generally, I was asking who you are actually connected to. It seems like you might be connected to the Simulated Data Feed to me, which is why I was asking. So that I can verify that you are connected properly and look for any errors, please send me your log and trace files via email.

        You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Support

        Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is already checked by default.

        Please reference the following ticket number in the body of the email: 3576948 ATTN Zachary

          When i send this photo o was open usdchf in fxcm demo

            Please send me your log and trace files using the instructions that I had previously provided so that I may look into this further. I've provided these instructions for you again below;

              is any version of ninja trader platform work on net frame work 4.6
              my descktop windows 10 net framewirk 4.6
              i cant set up net framework 4.8

                  Please note (for the future) that we are not in-office over the weekend. We do have a skeleton crew that replied to new requests, but if you respond to an existing thread over the weekend, you will not usually receive a response until Monday.

                  Unfortunately, I don't understand the question. It sounds like you wrote in via email and someone let you know that you have an incompatible component on your PC. If you wrote in via email and someone replied to you letting you know what the problem is, please continue to work with them via email as they have all of the information that they need to assist you.
