    Ninja Trader crashes

    Hi,

    I have a problem that my NT8.0.25 crashes every day at least once. Can you please help?

    Thank you for writing in.

    If your NinjaTrader platform is crashing once per day, it would be more helpful for you to write in directly to the Platform Support team so we can look at your Platform's Log and Trace files for further information on what could be causing this behavior.
    • As there are a large number of reasons this could be happening, I want to analyze the Log and Trace files before providing any further information so it is not just a guess but an informed response

    Please use the steps below to send us your Log and Trace files along with some additional files so we may look into this behavior further:
    • Go to the Control Center > Help > Email Support
    • Enter your email
    • Enter the Subject as "Clayton ATTN 3576263"
    • Expand the "Other files" section
    • Check the following boxes:
    • Log and Trace files
    • Database file
    • Workspace and UI Settings
    • Templates
    • Send the message

        Thank you for writing in.

        When the user wrote in, we were seeing errors within the log and trace files that were coming from 3rd party add-ons.
        As mentioned in my original answer, if you are ever experiencing a crashing behavior, it would be best to write into the NinjaTrader Platform support team directly with your diagnostic files so we can look into what is causing the behavior.

        Please use the steps below to send us your Log and Trace files along with some additional files so we may look into this behavior further:
        • Go to the Control Center > Help > Email Support
        • Enter your email
        • Enter the Subject as "Clayton ATTN 3576263"
        • Expand the "Other files" section
        • Check the following boxes:
          • Log and Trace files
          • Database file
