Plot Executions stopped working this morning

    Hello,

    I am using chart trader.
My 'Plot Executions' has always worked fine, and for some reason just stopped working this morning. I have not changed anything since yesterday.
I've placed trades, and nothing is showing up when I try and toggle the 'Plot Executions' button.

    Hello DanDaMan,

    Thank you for writing in.

Do you have the same account selected in the Chart Trader panel that the orders were placed to?
    • The chart will only show the Executions for the Account that is selected, so if you placed the trades on a Live account but have the Sim101 account selected in the Chart Trader Panel the execution markers wouldn't show.
    • Make sure the appropriate account is selected.

Do you have a NinjaScript Strategy applied to the chart?
    • Active or Inactive, a NinjaScript Strategy being on a chart can affect the plotting of Execution Markers.
    • Right-click on the chart > Strategies > If there are any here, remove them
    • Do the Execution markers appear?

If the Execution markers are still not showing, please create the following Test Chart:
    • Go to the Control Center > New > Chart
    • Select the Instrument you have been trading or one you have market data for
    • Make it a 1-minute chart
    • Set the 'Days to load' to 5
    • Make sure 'Template' in the top-right corner is set to < None >
    • Set the Time frame > Trading hours > To "Default 24x7"
    • Make sure Plot Executions is set to "Text and Marker"
    • Click OK to make the chart
    • Does this chart load in as expected?
    • Open the Chart Trader panel and place some trades using the Sim101 account, do the Execution Markers Appear?
    • If yes, what is different about this chart compared to the others?
If the Execution Markers are still not showing on the Test chart, please take a screenshot of the test chart and include that in your follow-up response.
    • If you are unsure of how to take a screenshot, I recommend using the Windows Snipping tool.
    • Click on the Windows Icon at the bottom of your screen and type the word "Snip"
    • Click on the Snipping tool, click New, then click and drag around the area you want to screenshot
    • Click File > Save As > Save the screenshot where you can find it
    • Please click here for a video demonstration
