Charts not updating with live IB data

My chart isnt updating with the live data coming in from the TWS platform. TWS is working fine and I have restarted the NT8 platform again though still no good. I have had this before though cant remember the fix and cant find in the topics. Can I get some help please. Thanks
Update: It seems to be on just 1 ticker symbol. How could that be.

Can you please check what TWS version you have installed. The required TWS version is 981.3i with NinjaTrader. If you have a different version, please download and install TWS 981.3i from the Interactive Brokers connection guide below and check if the issue persists. You can find it under 'Requirements'.

What instrument (+ expiry month) do you have selected in the NinjaTrader chart that does not receive realtime data? Do you receive realtime data if you select this instrument in a SuperDOM or T&S window?
