SO orders - chart trader - doesn't work

Hi,
I've enabled SO on chart trader, but when I try to place a stop order entry, there is no SO functionality. I don't have a way to enter the tick offset, and the stop order simply fills at market, regardless.
Please advise.

Hello David,

Can you please right click in the canvas of the chart and select the 'Stop Limit' option. Subsequently you should get the box to determine the offset. If not, please right click in ChartTrader and select Properties. Disable the 'Predefined stop limit offset' setting and click OK. Check if you now see the box when submitting a stop limit order.

You can define the volume trigger value in the Properties menu of ChartTrader using the 'Simulated order volume trigger' setting.
