External DLL

[MojoFilter]

I would like to access data that is stored in a DLL file called swedll64.dll. I send it the planet, year, month, day, and time and it sends back the longitude of the planet I entered. I tried to add this DLL file to NinjaTrader 8 references, however the log instantly shows an error regarding that DLL file. Can you tell me if I am doing something wrong or is the DLL the problem?
