TWS/Gateway connection error'

When i connect Gateway I get ''Error on requesting bars series: Historical Market data Service error message: TWS session is connected from a different IP adress'' messages.
First time i see this message, It seems like i connected to Gateway. Gateway data is green. But i see Pop up and chart is not reload histporical and live data.

Do you have both Trader Workstation and IB Gateway open and connected at the same time?

• You should only need one of them open at a time unless you plan on connecting to multiple connections at once.

Please respond with screenshots of how you have your connection configured in both NinjaTrader and Trader Workstation or IB Gateway.

• Click on the Windows Icon at the bottom of your screen and type the word "Snip"
• Click on the Snipping tool, click New, then click and drag around the area you want to screenshot
