    Audio stutter when orders are filled

    I don't recall this happening when I first got NT a few months ago, but now I get an audio stutter that sounds like Max Headroom (if you're old enough to remember that character) saying, "Order filled". This happens even when doing a single contract as a market order or when I right click and "Flatten Everything".

    Thanks for the post.

    If you refresh the sound files does the problem persist?

    To do so, please first close NinjaTrader, then go to C:\Program Files (x86)\NinjaTrader 8\sounds. Delete the sound files listed there, from Alert1 to ConnectionLost.

    Next, repair your installation by doing a quick reinstallation by going to https://ninjatrader.com/PlatformDirect and entering your license key. You may use the simulated license key for this procedure and it shouldn't affect your live license key, I have included the sim key below:

    Please let us know if the stuttering sound problem persists after refreshing the platform's audio files using the steps above.
