    Got a new username but what is the password?

    I am sim trading with NT8. However my account balance got to low so I got signed out of NT8 and my account. I transfered money to my account and got a new username from the support team of NT8. However if I now want to login with my new username I still get the error that the username or password is incorrect. What is my new password? Is there some way to reset it? Or change it? I have sent multiple emails with this question but get no answer.

    I really would like to trade today.

    Hello wuannetraam,

    Please go to the Control Center->Connections->Click configure->Select your connection in the lower left panel->Confirm "Demo" is unchecked on the right->Click Ok then connect.

    If the error persists is your account with NinjaTrader Brokerage? If so to request a PW reset please send an email to brokeragesupport[at sign]ninjatrader[dot]com
