Historical Market Data error

HI,
lately I am not able to get any data connection from IBKR. its always showing error on historical market data.
I tried to create another trial account with IBKR, the problem still showing.
Please help.

These specific error messages are actually coming directly from Interactive Brokers regarding enablement on your account. I recommend reaching out to them directly to confirm which instruments these error messages are about, and if you do not need data for those instruments, you may ignore them.

However, if you are not seeing any data on your charts in NinjaTrader through this connection, please let me know which instruments are you having trouble viewing.
