No Market data error?

Hello, I got no market data error while i run keep running strategy. My chart was not updating data when i am running strategy.
I checked the connection, there was no issue on Gateway and NT was connected to Gateway. Gateway also showing market data green. Prefered connection -real time data setting is IB on NT.

no market data error taken at 04:09, although gateway and nt shows connected at 05:06, chart and data is not updated.

I tried to load NQ data i got TWS session is connected from a differen IP adress. , i am not sure this is related with above issue.

We have seen this occur with an unsupported TWS or Gateway version, can you please confirm the installed Gateway is version 981.3i? You may find this number under Help > About.

If you are using a different version, please download 981.3i and test whether this issue still occurs. You may find the download link below:

I use 981.3i, java 1.8.0_152, windows 10
- i see that error on NT Log

at 5.09 data came, but i see gap on price because between 4:09-5:09 is missing.

I logged in to my account management home at that time, thats why data stopped to send update.
when auto log off from acc management in browser, NT connected Gateway
