Non US citizen tax question

I don't know if this is the correct place in this forum to ask this question but it's the closest that I could found.
I'm not a US citizen and I live in Europe in a country that has a double taxation agreement with the US. If I day trade futures with Ninjatrader what's is the taxes that the US governament will collect?

Hey there. I stumbled upon your forum post and wanted to chime in with my two cents. As for your tax question, the answer may have changed since this post was made, so it's always a good idea to double check with a tax professional or the latest guidelines from the US government. Still, the general rule of thumb is that the US government will collect taxes based on the double taxation agreement between your country and the US. And just a heads up, if you need to generate a pay stub for your day trading activities, there's an instant pay stub maker online that could come in handy.
