Chart with ^TRIN or ^TICK won't update

Hey,

When I pull up a chart with ^TRIN or ^TICK the chart won't update. I have to manually reload the data to get an updated chart. The problem is independent of the timeframe I choose. I use the Ninjatrader Continum data feed.

Here is a screenshot of how it looks.



Can somebody help me with that?

It sounds as though you do not have these indices enabled on your brokerage account's data subscription. You will need to contact your broker and confirm whether or not you have these instruments enabled before we proceed with any further troubleshooting. If NinjaTrader Brokerage is your broker, please reach out to our brokerage team directly via email at brokeragesupport(at)ninjatrader(dot)com and they will be able to confirm what data you have enabled. Otherwise, you will need to reach out to your broker.

You are right. I didn't have the right data subscription. Now everything is working fine. Thank you Zachary!
