import historical data but the chart is empty

Hi all !

I am trying to import historical data. The import works well but they are not displayed on the graph...

These are DAX data in ticks

The name is DAX.csv, its ok ?

Have only one day of data in ticks just for try.

Can you help me find the problem please ?

Hello Adrien,

It seems the data has been imported for a stock instrument named "DAX". Can you please create a new chart and type in "DAX" in the Instrument field of the Data Series window and then hit Enter on your keyboard. Check if you now load the data you imported.

For what dates did you import historical minute data? Could it be the chart does not capture this data? Please right click in the chart and select 'Data Series'. Set 'Load data based on' to Custom range. Enter the start and end dates of the historical minute data you imported and click OK.

I thought it automatically display the times when there is data.
