IBKR account info not shown in accounts tab of main window

Hi,

I have just connected my IBKR account to NT8 and while I'm able to place trades I am not able to view my account info (buying power, cash value, etc.) in the main NinjaTrader window. Is this data not passed through the IBKR API or do I need to adjust my configuration?

Thank you for your note.

I would first like to ensure that you are using the fully supported version of Trader Workstation (981.3i) or Gateway (981.3i as outlined in your Interactive Brokers Connection Guide Below:

You may find the version you are using by going to Help > About within Trader Workstation or Gateway.

If you are not using these listed version then I would recommend uninstalling the current version you are using and then using the download links in the Connection Guide above to install the supported versions.

Then also we will need to ensure that your account is set to the correct denomination your account is funded in using the steps below:

• Navigate to the Control Center > Accounts Tab
• Right click on your account
• Select 'Edit Account'
• Change the Denomination to match the funds in your account
• Click 'OK' to save your changes
• Restart NinjaTrader
