I'm trying to reset my password. Where can I find my security code for it?

Please clarify, which specific password are you trying to reset? The password for your account in the platform? The password for your forum account? The brokerage account portal online?

I think it is the last one that I use to look at the daily or monthly statements online.

It says in Step 2: Verify Personal Information

I know my account number but it also asks for my security code. And I only have five attempts before the account gets locked.
