There is a huge lag in my ordering processing. NT8 is not processing my orders has it usually does (within 1-2 seconds); This is the first time I'm experiencing this with NT8. I'm only experiencing this on my Live trades.
A few minutes ago, I cancelled a trade, but it was taking forever to process. It later looked like NT8 processed the cancel when it disappeared from my screen, but it didn't actually cancel it. I was about switching my focus to other stuffs when i noticed that NT8 has opened a new position; which was the order I thought NT8 cancelled. That's a very risky behavior by NT8 because I could've easily not have been aware of that position.
Is there an order routing issue on your end?
