IB Gateway portfolio tracking?

    IB Gateway portfolio tracking?

    Due to connection issue on TWS api, i want to try Gateway connection. But i do not see my portfolio on Gateway Api.
    How can i track my portfolio on Gateway that is sended order from NT, whether its executed or not.
    If i check throgh TWS ap, then gateway disconnect and strategy disabled.
    How can i fix, both stable connection and portfolio tracking same time?
    Any advise, including third party integration.

    Thank you for your post.

    Please note that the Interactive Brokers Gateway application is more of a 'trimmed' down version of Trader Workstation for basic features primarily aimed at connection through the API and not for account tracking.

    You may reach out to Interactive Brokers directly on the exact feature allowed in Gateway for your needs.

    For more information on the difference between these applications I have provided a publicly available link below:So that I may better assist with your Interactive Brokers Trader Workstation connection, what version of this software are you currently using? This may be found under Help > About Trader Workstation.

    Also, do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

        Please do not post your log and trace files directly on the forum as these contain sensitive information.

        You may send these files by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

        Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
