The platform has a delay.
When placing a contract, the second after it appears is stop loss and target. When one candle closes in 2 min, the next one opens at 1:30 sec. I place a contract at a certain price and it does not take it, despite touching that price. When touching a target, the Stop limit turns yellow and after seconds it closes. What can be done?

When you experience lagging data, it typically is caused by two different things. You receive delayed data or there is delayed rendering in the chart.

If you check ChartTrader when you experience the issue, do you have bid and ask prices in ChartTrader that are not lagging? Does the bid and ask price differ from the last traded price in the chart? You can find the bid and ask price in ChartTrader just under the ATM strategy field (A and B).

If you compare the last traded price in the SuperDOM, does it match the last traded price in the chart.

Do you trade the Sim101 account or your live account?

In addition, please check if your PC clock runs in synch with another time source (watch, clock, etc). Check if the PC clock lags compared to the other time source. If it lags, it is likely related to the battery of your motherboard. Please renew the battery and the clock should run in synch again.
