FXCM Demo, some charts not working

Hi there,

I've been testing on FXCM demo for the last 2 months, everything is working fine with my forex pairs.

I only trade 5 forex pairs, so my workspace has 5 forex pairs opened.

Since about 5-7 days ago, everytime I start Ninjatrader, 2 out of 5 forex pairs are not loading.

I closed them then reopened the charts for them (without any indicator), and the data just forever loads and not opening.

Sometimes 2 forex pairs won't load at all, sometimes 3 out of 5, so there's no set forex pairs that won't load. If this time I opened Ninjatrader, EUR/USD and GBP/USD won't load, other times, USD/JPY and AUD/USD won't load for example, it's random, as if it only allowed me to open 2-3 pairs only...

Why is this happening??

If the goal of the demo is to entice users to purchase Ninjatrader and sign up with a brokerage, then it's not yet doing a great job at that, despite being the better option than trading on MT4.

Can you please send me your log and trace files so that I may investigate why not all charts load for you.

You can do this by going to Control Center-> Help-> Email Support.

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
