NT Live demo expired with brand new account

Thank you very much for your post and welcome to the NinjaTrader forums!
This error message indicates that a demo was requested with an email address that already requested a demo within the last calendar year. Our partner, CQG, limits these demos to one per calendar year.
Is it possible you've requested the demo twice in succession, e.g. by reloading the page or re-downloading NinjaTrader?
If you have not yet received the credentials, please also check your spam or bulk mail folder, as emails with credentials are often marked as spam.
Should you still not be able to find the email, please email us at platformsales (at) ninjatrader (dot) com, we can then best assist you further.

So after being passed around to different people replying to my email the result has been "We are unable to determine on our end why your email is being flagged." from Sev. So has Support just given up trying to help me? I also called CQG and they said that NinjaTrader handles this sign up, not them.
