NinjaScript Editor New Folder issue

Hello, I followed instruction on link below, but the editor does not save New Folders when I reopen the Editor and when folder created it does not allow me to move strategies to new folder. Cant figure out why. I closed all open scripts still will not allow tried a few times with no luck in sight. Please advise. Thank you.

Note, it would be expected the folder is not saved unless a script has been moved to it.
