SuperDOM not displaying all tiered Bid/Ask market depth quantities.

SuperDOM not displaying all tiered Bid/Ask market depth quantities, only current price depth.

I am running version 8.0.24.3 64-bit, NinjaTrader.

NinjaTrader at one time SuperDOM did display full market depth, but has not in quite a while. I'm wondering what could've changed? Could it possibly be some setting, I've checked the Properties and everything looks good. Or is it an indicator? How about the Market Data from NInjaTrader?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

I would confirm with your broker/data provider you are enabled for level II data on your account. Also, make sure in the properties menu of the SuperDom you have 'show market depth' and 10 levels enabled.

Also, I see that you're using an older version of NinjaTrader 8. To update NinjaTrader, please follow the steps below:

• First, copy your license key from NinjaTrader under Help> License Key then exit NinjaTrader
• Click on the link: https://ninjatrader.com/PlatformDirect
• Enter your license key and press Submit
• Select 'Download'
• Critical: Before running the installer, ensure NinjaTrader is closed.
