Data Box no data

Hello,
My data box only shows me the data of the indicators (EMA and STO), not the ohlc of the candles, however all is checked in the parameters.
Someone could tell me how to solve this problem please?

I'm not sure why you don't see OHLC prices of price bars in the Data Box window. Are you able to reproduce the issue consistently? If you create a new chart without a chart template, does the issue persist?

Could you please post a screenshot of your entire chart and Data Box that shows the issue.

I followed your advice, I opened a new chart without a template and the data box works perfectly. Here is a capture of the result on a chart with the model I am using.

I see you are using a bar type (UniRenko) that is not present by default in the NinjaTrader platform. I suspect this is a limitation of this bar type. Can you please contact the vendor or creator of this bar type and check if this is as expected. I assume you see OHLC prices in the Data Box for bar types present by default in NinjaTrader.

Finally I opened a new chart and redid my model which I saved in place of the previous one, everything works fine.
The problem is solved, thanks again Jason.

Yes, these are UnirRenko bars but the data box was working until now and I haven't made any recent changes. Anyway, you brought me the solution
