Future vstoxx

Good morning
The symbol of the future vstoxx is not present on ninjatrader.
I tried to generate it but it only works in real time, if I close the chart for any reason when I reopen it all the old candles there are'nt anymore, the chart starts again but from that moment. What could I have done wrong?

Can you tell me what data data provider you are connected to within NinjaTrader and what time interval chart you are loading such as 5 Minute, 150 Tick, etc.

I have Rithmic data feed, I usually take a 15 minuts but the problem occours with every time frame.
For exemple, whenever I load a daily chart, I can see the current candle and I cannot see the previous days ones.

Currently historical data for this instrument is not recorded to our historical data servers therefore to load historical data for this instrument you would need to connect to a provider that has this data available.

If you are looking for a data provider for historical data I recommend using Kinetick: (Our Preferred Data Feed Service Built Specifically for NinjaTrader) which provides historical Tick, Minute and Daily data.
