Hello laziest,
Thank you for your message.
You may double-check this Rithmic for NinjaTrader Brokerage Connection Guide for setting up your account in NinjaTrader 8 (Control Center > Connections > Configure).
A couple of things to be aware of while creating this connection:- If this is a live trading account, you will want to select the 'Rithmic' system. If it is a demo or evaluation account, select the 'Rithmic Paper Trading' system. You may need to select your broker's specific system if it is shown here instead of a basic 'Rithmic' one.
- If you are connecting to this account in both NinjaTrader 8 and R Trader Pro at the same time, you will need to enable 'Plug-in Mode' in both platforms. You will have the option to enable this before logging in on R Trader Pro.
Please let me know if you remain unable to connect after following the above steps or if you have any additional questions.

Hello laziest,
Thank you for your response.
You will want to reach out to Rithmic directly if you are receiving this error message when you try to log into your account there as we won't be able to troubleshoot their software your or Rithmic account.
However, if you would like to try signing up for a NinjaTrader Brokerage Futures Demo, you may do so here directly from our website - Futures Demo
Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

Hello laziest,
Thanks for your note.
No, there is no demo available for cryptocurrencies.
The available demos could be seen in the NinjaTrader Demo link in post #7.

Hello laziest,
Thanks for your note.
The NinjaTrader demo provides level 2 data.
The number of levels provided would depend on the specific instrument you would like to use.
About 20 levels are provided for most instruments, however, this number will vary per instrument.
Something you could do to test the number of levels you get is to open a New > SuperDOM window. Right-click on the SuperDOM, select Properties, change the '# of market depth levels' field to 100, and click OK. Then, note the number of market depth levels seen on the SuperDOM window.
