Thank you for your inquiry.
This is a native error that comes directly from the TWS API indicating a momentary disconnection. Given that it occurred at 11:45, it's certainly due to Interactive Broker's daily server reset. This server reset is unavoidable, affects all Interactive Brokers clients, and occurs daily with Interactive Brokers. The schedule for their server resets is publicly available at the bottom of the page at link below;

Thank you Zachary, its clear. But i got another error on simulation. Strategy was active, last order executed at 11:35, sec-def data broken error at 11:45.
And later, strategy disabled modify historical order that has transitioned to live order error at 12:50. And strategy disabled itself.

This seems like it may be unrelated to the disconnect. I'd like you to write in via email so we can review your log and trace files, and get you in touch with our Scripting Support team regarding this message from your strategy.
You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support
Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

Hello, I am not sure the ticket closed or not, thats why writing here as well.
I had got Sec-def data farm connection broken: secdefil error at 11:45 error, and you had told me that ''This is a native error that comes directly from the TWS API indicating a momentary disconnection. ''
But later I got the same error 7 times between 22:31-22:46, and 1 time at 23:45.
Are you sure this is due to Interactive Broker's daily server reset. and, all clients were affected at the same time. I do not see those are scheduled to reset on the link that you shared with me.

I responded to your email as soon as I was back in the office for the day. Please note that our office hours begin at 8:30 AM EST and end at 6 PM EST each day. Any message that doesn't occur at the scheduled time of 11:45 is unrelated. The error itself doesn't strictly mean that there's a server reset, it just lets you know that there was a momentary disconnection from Interactive Brokers. There are other instances where this error can appear as well (however, it's an Interactive Brokers error code so we don't really have a comprehensive guide on every meaning of this error).
