ATM stopped displaying OCO orders after ES rollover.
Good thing I was only trading my SIM account! I would be ****** if this had happened during live trading! I get the audible notification but no stop/target orders on screen. It won't even plot execution markers!!Tags: None

Hello Chippy,
Thank you for your inquiry.
Are you referring to open, existing position on the previous contract or one that you created after the roll over? Keep in mind that any positions and orders on the previous contract will not be rolled over to the new one, and would need to be closed out prior to roll over.
Do you mind including a screenshot of both your 'Orders' tab and your chart so I may have a look at the issue?- To send a screenshot with Windows 10 or newer I would recommend using the Windows Snipping Tool.
- Alternatively to send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screenshot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save it as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.

Hi Zachary. I rebooted the platform so I don't know how much screen shots will help. After the rollover is when I initiated my first open trade. The markers for the entry, stop and target were all missing. The execution markers were also non-existent. Even going into the data series and clicking off, applying and then on and applying the "text and markers" were ineffective. After rebooting, I now have my order markers on screen. BUT, I still want to know why this happened. Additionally, after rebooting and doing a trade, the chart froze and I could do NOTHING while in an open position! If I needed to exit the trade right away, I couldn't. After about 3 minutes, I regained control over the chart. I think maybe data was loading into an indicator and slowing it down, but that didn't prevent me from placing the order. It only froze up a minute or two AFTER placing the order. During that time, I still had control over other platform windows, just not the one where I was trading. And last, can you clarify... When I place an order on one chart, the open orders markers should also appear in other windows and tabs of the same instrument? I seem to recall that the markers would indeed appear on other charts as well?

Hello Chippy,
Thank you for your inquiry.
I can certainly try to figure out what happened but, to be honest, if it's not occurring currently then all I have to go off of is whatever is in the log and trace if an error was produced. At any rate, I'd be happy to take a look.
Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.
You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support
Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
Please reference the following ticket number in the body of the email: 3522859 ATTN Zachary
With regard to your final question, the answer is yes. Orders placed from one interface should be visible on any other interface of that same instrument. The same instrument part of this is important, however. If one window is viewing the 03-22 contract and the other is viewing the 06-22 contract, you would not see orders from 03-22 on 06-22 because they are not technically the same instrument.

Hello Chippy,
Thank you for your reply.
Can you provide a screenshot showing me that so I can get a better understanding of what that looks like? Preferably, a screenshot of your window that shows the orders, the window that doesn't and an image of your 'Orders' tab. Feel free to simply include them in your email or post them here, whichever works best for you.
I look forward to your response.

Just for your peace of mind and for anyone else out there that may be reading this, I wanted to let you know that I was able to do some additional testing and found that there is indeed a problem with the auto rollover feature. It does not seem to be working properly with regard to Chart Trader, and so your orders are not displayed properly after the auto rollover is initially invoked. Saving your workspace and restarting seems to resolve it. We are have reported this issue to our Development team and they will be looking into it so that we can correct it.
Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention.
