spy option chain

using kinetick data in NT8 , spy , qqq options chain nearest expiry(first in line) options doesn't show any data only the header .
also there is some jerkiness in triangles that open the contract info , also link to the charts is unstable sometimes you have to click 2-3 times.

When I test it on my end, I do get data for the nearest expiry. Does it make a difference if you perform a disconnect/reconnect of Kinetick or if you perform a restart of the NinjaTrader platform?

What NinjaTrader version do you have installed? You can check this at Control Center-->Help-->About (8.0.xx.x).

I suggest to apply some tips and suggestions of the link below and check if this will improve performance.

platform is on dedicated windows 2022 AMD server , no external addons added
just tried options chain on my home desktop (pre market now) and its working fine , maybe its a vds thing ?

I don't see the issue is related to the Windows Server 2022 operating system at first sight as it is a supported operating system as per the installation guide at the link below.

Did you try a disconnect/reconnect and a restart?

If the issue remains, please send me your NinjaTrader log and trace files from the Windows server so that I may investigate.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
