Error send cancels only after 30 sec.

Can you please send me your log and trace files so that I may investigate.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

In addition, please let me know if you submit orders manually or if orders are submitted by an automated strategy. If automated strategy, please tell me if you created the automated strategy yourself or if this could be an automated strategy from a 3rd party vendor.
