Hello team, I need support with an error message that I keep getting many times and it is the following:

Can you please send me your log and trace files so that I may investigate.
You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support
Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
Please reference the following ticket number in the body of the email: Att Jason, 3516278
In addition, please let me know if you submit orders manually or if orders are submitted by an automated strategy. If automated strategy, please tell me if you created the automated strategy yourself or if this could be an automated strategy from a 3rd party vendor.
