1 min chart shows as 5 min candles

My 1 min chart of nq and es shows 5 min candles. Applying 1 min template does not work. Creating new 1 min chart doesn't work. Screenshot attached.

Please send me your workspace, log, and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Expand 'Other files' and enable 'Workspace files and UI settings'

In real-time the 1 min chart is plotting correctly. On refresh reverts to 5 min candles.
