Order sell/buy turns orange and I get an error. using Rithmic.

I've been seeing this pop-up everyonce in a while and it's a huge concern. I go long or short and randomly my sell LMT turns orange, as if my order isn't stored on the servers...
If I try to close it I'm told "Close operatoin failed. Operation timed out. Manually close your position".
Is Rithmic having outages that would cause this?
or is something going on with my software?
I know it's not my computer or internet. This happened while I had a show running on mute and was on a Teams call neither of which went out or had any interruptions/lag/latency spikes.

Generally speaking, this error message occurs if the close operation times out for any reason at all. The most common cause that we see is an unstable connection. That being said, we would not be able to provide any specific causes for this happening to your orders without first analyzing your platform's diagnostic files.

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
